With the website redesign,

it was high time to also revise and update the email experience. Taking lessons from the website redesign, we created a set of flexible modules for each email element. Working with the marketing department, I interviewed members of the marketing teak, shadowed them as they built email campaigns and gathered feedback on the design, modifying it in coordination with Exact Target to create a system that would be easier for the marketing team to implement as well as clearer in hierarchy for those receiving the Guggenheim’s news.
